These numbers can't possibly be right. Why is New Zealand, with a higher percentage of the population Maori and Asian (less likely to tolerate lactose) at 10% lactose intolerance vs 44% in Australia? And 81% of Czechs are lactose intolerant when all their neighbours are much lower?
Unexpected to see Armenia and Azerbaijan so high up there. And the fact(?) that a 100% of South Koreans is lactose intolerant is mind boggling. I like watching South Korean street food prep occasionally and dairy seems to feature heavily. Is all that dairy lactose free?
